Tracing the Dreaming Tracks: Contemporary
Paintings by Australian Aboriginal Artists
Tracing the Dreaming Tracks includes early paintings from Papunya, the central desert government settlement that gave rise to the modern indigenous art movement in the early 1970s, as well as paintings from remote Aboriginal communities in the Kimberleys and the Pilbara (Western Australia), eastern and central deserts and Arnhem Land (Northern Territory), and Lockhart River (Queensland).
The exhibition is now showing through August 1, 2015.
