Philip Graham is a Managing Director based in Sydney and Co-Head of Energy, Power and Utilities for Asia Pacific. Mr. Graham has more than 20 years of Investment Banking experience and joined Citi in 2006 after working at ABN and Merrill Lynch in New York and Australia. Mr. Graham has be involved with more than $30 billion of M&A and financing transactions in the Energy, Power and Infrastructure sectors including advising on: BHPBilliton on its $1.6 billion sale of its interest in the Browse Basin, MIMI’s $2 billion acquisition of an interest in the Browse LNG Project, AGL Energy on its $3.1 billion acquisition of Great Energy Alliance Corporation (owner of LYA Power station) and $900m equity issuance, Arrow on $4 billion sale to Shell /PetroChina JV and combined demerger of Dart Energy Mr. Graham has a Degree in Economics from Sydney University, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from The Securities Institute of Australia and is a Chartered Accountant.
