The AACC is proud to announce we will now participate as a full member of the G'Day USA program. This Australia Week of Celebration occurs every year in New York, Los Angeles, Houston, Boston, and San Francisco.

Houston's G'Day USA program will feature a number of themed events during the week that will showcase Australia's rich natural resources, the vitality of the economy, tourism, culture, arts, food, and wine.

Food and Wine

Spec's In Store Promotion - The Midtown Spec's store will host a "Taste of Australia" showcasing fine wines and epicurean delights from the Land Down Under over three days.
Australian Day Wine Dinner - Enjoy an evening honoring Australian Food and Wine.

Industry

Tourism, Food, and Wine - Our newest event will focus on the tourism industry and the relationship between the US and Australia.
Energy Conference: "Energy in an Emerging World" Held as part of the national "G'Day USA Australia Week", Australian and American companies will come together to discuss exciting breakthroughs in conventional and non-conventional technologies to address global energy challenges.

Culture

Aussie Family Barbeque and Cricket Match - A celebration in true Aussie style with a family BBQ. Cheer on the AACC Cricket team as they play against the British American Business Council.
Black Tie Gala - Join honorary Gala Chairs Michael and Robin Yeager at this spectacular black tie event. The evening will feature an Australian gourmet dinner, the "Australian Star Awards", fun music and culture and a silent auction with all proceeds benefitting the Texas Charity Project Joy and Hope.
